Lady of Night
She prances upon star beams
clothed in moonlight
Rides bare-back upon lightning bolts
Laughs back at thunders roar
She sumersaults upon days sun
Breaking at dawn
Rides the crest of the sunset
When shades of day are drawn
She dangles from raindrops
Giggling in glee
She dances upon sheet lightning
In jamborie jubilee
She dances upon sea cliffs
In angelic sprees
Stands tall on mountaintops
Where others barely breath
She's the pinnacle of childs dreams
And saviour of grown men
She is the glimmer in childs smiles
As well as the giggle & glee
She is all we pray for
At days end of road
What we hope we awaken to
As the morrow unfolds
She is the lady of night
Who stills the fright
She is majesty wandering
Clad in pure light
She prances upon star beams
clothed in moonlight
Rides bare-back upon lightning bolts
Laughs back at thunders roar
She sumersaults upon days sun
Breaking at dawn
Rides the crest of the sunset
When shades of day are drawn
She dangles from raindrops
Giggling in glee
She dances upon sheet lightning
In jamborie jubilee
She dances upon sea cliffs
In angelic sprees
Stands tall on mountaintops
Where others barely breath
She's the pinnacle of childs dreams
And saviour of grown men
She is the glimmer in childs smiles
As well as the giggle & glee
She is all we pray for
At days end of road
What we hope we awaken to
As the morrow unfolds
She is the lady of night
Who stills the fright
She is majesty wandering
Clad in pure light
