A ray of light
In a cold dark place
Carved out to hide the fear
Dirty Walls
Broken Floor
No way out.
Melting Pride
A stony face turns soft
His hand across my heart
A light so bright
I could not see my shame
You left me breathless.
Grace that steals my pain
A love that destroys my hate
You are here, you surround me
I hear my name
Skip-a-beat
And I Witness you.
